For those who know our family, you understand that this homecoming is an enourmous deal. Sweet baby Mario [my new nephew] had a really rough start in life and had to spend 2 weeks in the NICU. Through all of the prayers that precious baby has made a speedy recovery and was able to go home with my sister Angi today. Mario’s real Bella Bambino experience will take place on Friday, but I had to capture just a few images on his first day home. ENJOY and thanks to everyone who had Mario in their prayers!

These are images of Aslyn and her BFF Mia. They seem to share a soul. We call them twinkies, because that is exactly what they are…..funny thing is they mirror their moms’ relationship almost exactly! I also squished in my own twinkie and her soon to be hubby as well – here are a few from their session also. Ps- these poor babies were FREEZING- it was literally 12 degrees- they really sucked it up and performed ….ENJOY!

The images below are my attempt to squish my own babies into my crazy Christmas shooting schedule! These were taken at our new home which is currently under construction.

For all parents who are chomping at the bit to see their babies in the Bella Bambino Beautiful Baby Contest- your wait is almost over- I promise! If you have been wondering what the delay has been, it is due to the OVERWHELMING response of contestants! I did not want to leave anyone out, so I have been squeezing clients in and due to some reschedules etc. – I am just now finishing shooting the last of the contestants! The contest will be posted in the next few weeks. Before I post, I will contact ALL parents to let them know the exact day it will be up- so that they and their family and friends have a chance to vote. Stay tuned…..the contestants are BREATHTAKING this year!
So- this is officially the longest that I have EVER gone without blogging. I have plenty to have been blogging about, however, the pandamonium of the season teamed with me buying and moving into my new house has been more then enough to make me neglect a few fun things…..such as my blog! There is no excuse, I know and I ask my faithful blog follows to forgive me for my blog abuse and promise that I will now be back to my normal blogging self. What better way to re-introduce myself to the blog world then with the debut images of my precious little nephew Baby Mario. He had a rough start and is in the NICU. Here are the first few images that I was able to shoot. Normally, I would have had him dangling from a tree or lying on a piece of driftwood at day 4, but the NICU just wouldn’t allow it…. =)
