Ok- so my sassy little Aslyn got all decked out for school today in her preppy gap gear. Then, I decided to chi her hair….which she thought was hilarious! I need to talk about my session today for just a second. I shot a 7 year old little boy who was one of the most awesome personalities I have ever worked with! He was just so spunky and funny. We had such a blast today. Anyway- I knew that I had GOLD when his session was over. It was the perfect combination of attitude and art! Here is a sneak peak. It is one of my new favorite images– which says A LOT!

I absolutely LOVED this little teeny baby girl! She is a premie baby and her parents just infomed me that she is finally 8lbs (at 1 month!) So- this image is obviously in her daddy’s hands….and it is one of my new favorite newborn images!!

Ok- so it is no surprise to anyone who knows me that I am absolutely, crazily, 100% in LOVE with ROCKY-rocky balboa. Don’t be confused, I am not in love with Sylvester Stalone [although even in his ripe old age, I still find him quite strapping =) ] It is ROCKY- the actual character- that I have been involved with for YEARS. We have had a long love affair…..via the television screen and the many nights of Rocky marathons, and via the posters and stand-outs [yes-life size stand-outs], and via my ROCKY t-shirts and license plates….. and bobble heads and talking rocky keychains….. I could go on, but I think you get my drift! I has been a love that has endured- for it have been going on since I was about 10 years old! Anyway- my brother- who is a sports agent in LA excitedly called me the other day and told me to check his email- NOW- my brother shares an…..admiration for ROCKY. We braved the 10 hour marathons together many times. Michael is usually unphased by seeing celebrities in LA- it happens every day, obviously. HOWEVER…this one….he couldn’t let slip by………………………………….
All that I can say is….my jaw dropped, my heart fluttered….and I was speechless……………………………………………………………. WOW- I love him!
Just a few sneak peaks from a session a few weeks ago. This little lady’s parents will view her images tomorrow night…..but I just couldn’t wait! This little cowgirl LOVED LOVED LOVED her pink cowgirl boots! They were really a perfect accessories to our shoot.

At first, he did not love the idea of being shirtless in the middle of downtown Nashville on a TITANS game day when the streets were packed…but….he warmed up fast! =) I LOVE shooting in downtown Nashville!! It was a great weekend! ENJOY THE PREVIEW!!
I am shooting in Nashville this weekend and this image is from a newborn shoot this morning! We had SO much fun and this little guy’s family was amazing to work with! Tonight is my first official BELLA BAMBINO WINE & ART party here in Nashville. I will post some images from the party tomorrow!
